90 Day Fiance: The Other Way spoilers reveal that now that Kris Foster has admitted that she had to stay in Alabama to help her son, fans want to know what happened to him. When she left Columbia and her wife, Jeymi Noguera, she told her that she would only be gone for two weeks tops. Well, it turns out that she had a lot to deal with in the States. In fact, her son was arrested and she had to help him out with that. Let’s find out why he was arrested and what she had to help him with.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – What Happened?

When Kris was in Alabama, her son, Dayne Warren was arrested. This happened in April 2022 and according to the police records, he was charged with “one felony count of trafficking fentanyl and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance.”

When he was arrested, he was only 19 years old. His bond was $51,000, which was posted, more than likely by Kris. He was released a few days later. His case was disposed of on June 14, 2022.

What is interesting to note is that just one year after he was arrested, the state of Alabama made the laws much harsher when it comes to being caught with fentanyl.

Now it looks as if anyone arrested with it will get up to life in prison because of how horrible of an epidemic it has become there.

There is a growing number of overdoses all over the country where fentanyl is to blame and Alabama has made their laws much stricter.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Kris Foster And Jeymi Noguera’s Marriage

When Kris wasn’t able to get to Jeymi in the two weeks she promised, Jeymi got incredibly upset with her. When Kris came back to Columbia, she did her best to make it up to her.

She planned a sweet belated birthday celebration, but things got interesting when Jeymi told her that she needed to talk about their marriage.

Kris let her know that her kids will always come first, no matter what. This turned into a shouting match that led to Kris leaving Jeymi for good.

On the Tell-All that aired this past Sunday, Kris told host, Shaun Robinson that was the first time they had seen each other since the breakup.

Kris and Jeymi had a lot of issues to work out in their marriage, but it doesn’t seem as if either one of them was willing to do so. Things will only get more dramatic as the second part of the Tell-All airs this Sunday on TLC at 8 p.m. EST.
