Northwestern Syria and Southeastern Turkey share a terrible burden at the moment. When the February 6 quakes struck people in both countries died. Thousand of people perished when buildings collapsed. And for TLC fans, some concern arrived for Mursel Mistanoglu’s family who live in Turkey. However, Anna Campisi and her husband assured their followers on Instagram, that his family was safe.

90 Day Fiancé fans new to the franchise might not recall that Omar Albakour and Avery Mills met up in Lebanon. That’s because of the war that raged in Syria. He’s Syrian and later, he moved to the USA to upgrade his dentist quantification. Fans who recall them love that the couple spent time doing a collaboration with the Muslim Aid USA organization. Right now, the association is probably heavily involved in Turkey and Syria after the devastating earthquakes earlier this month.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Omar Albakour Lost Family In Feb 6 Earthquakes

The news that more earthquakes hit Turkey and affected people in Syria obviously worries the couple very much. When they heard about the new quakes on February 20, they shared the news via Instagram Stories. If you were not aware, after the February 6 quakes, the TLC stars shared that “Omar lost 5 close family members due to the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.” Sadly, some of them were little children.

90 Day Fiancé fans can only hope that the latest earthquakes in the region don’t bring more pain and suffering to Omar’s family. According to The Guardian, “A 6.4-magnitude earthquake and a second measuring 5.8 have hit Turkey’s southern province of Hatay.” Additionally, Syria also took some impact, and over “500” people were injured. Fortunately, a lot of people already left the area after the first quakes. But, at least three people were reported dead in Turkey.

90 Day Fiancé fans were unable to respond to the news about the new earthquake because it came on Stories. However, they did respond when they told TLC fans about the deaths in Omar’s family.

One follower wrote, “Avery and Omar my heart breaks reading this news. Praying for peace, strength and comfort during this time.”

Meanwhile, another person impacted by the original quakes wrote, “I’ve lost family members too in Syria and I’m so depressed and sad ? I don’t how much longer we can take this. ??” Here’s the thing: despite suffering their own losses, Omar and Avery responded to that comment. They wrote, “sorry for your loss ❤️.” And, that’s why TLC fans love them so much.
