‘90 Day Fiancé’ Star Yara Zaya Expresses Disfavor Towards New Orleans

Yara Zaya debuted on the TLC series when she dated Jovi Dufren, who constantly showed immature behavior in the show. Recently, Yara was worried sick about what happened to Ukraine when Russia attacked their borders. Since the war started, Yara was vocal about her concern for her home country that she spared some time doing live sessions on Instagram and appeared on Fox News, encouraging her fans and followers to extend help and give donations to the Ukrainian refugees. She even joined a peaceful rally in New Orleans to show support for the people of Ukraine.

During her recent Q&A session on Instagram, a curious fan asked Yara why she doesn’t appreciate New Orleans as their hometown. “I disrespect New Orleans so much because of my small freaking English,” she answered. Moreover, she hailed the place as one of the best spots for tourists to visit as she believed that the “beautiful city” is great for drinking and celebrating Mardi Gras.

However, according to the TLC star, New Orleans is not a great place to raise a family. Yara also noted that she loves hot weather only if there are nice beaches nearby, which the place does not provide. Since then, the mother-of-one was vocal about her disapproval of living in New Orleans permanently.

‘90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers – Jovi Dufren Gives Family Update

In other news, Jovi recently gave some updates about his family, including a possible move to a tropical state. During one of his Q&A sessions on social media, a fan asked about his whereabouts with Yara in Miami, to which Jovi responded: “House hunting.” Moreover, another fan asked if they have already moved out from their house in New Orleans, and the man replied: “Working on it…”

In the previous episodes of “90 Day Fiancé,” the couple has been into some intense fights about finding a new home, just like how Yara wanted to look for some apartments in Europe so she can be closer to her mom. Other than that, Jovi’s mom, Gwen, didn’t appreciate the idea that they would soon leave New Orleans as she had purchased a house in the state so she can be near her son. However, during the latest Tell-All, Jovi stated that moving to Florida would be a fair compromise.
