90 Day Fiancé star Scott Wern found a lot of haters in Love In Paradise, Season 3. However, as he reveals a bit more about himself, some folks come around with their thinking.
He’s been countering the negativity with positive posts about himself. This week, he shared about how he experienced a medical emergency and it was time to celebrate a “lifeaversary.”
90 Day Fiancé: Scott Werns Up In Toxic Envirnoment
Certain TLC fans decided that Scott should be the villain of the new season. Possibly, because they felt that he couldn’t really have fallen for Lidia Morel, lately from The Family Chantel. Then they laughed because Pedro Jimeno’s mom sent him away. When he couldn’t maintain a relationship with his ex, Lis again, critics became convinced he was on the show for all the wrong reasons.
90 Day Fiancé fans accused Scott of being like Josh Seiter: looking for clout after he proposed a date with Tiffany Franco. Actually, she accepted, but with conditions. She wanted to do a live and make him up with her own cosmetic line. So, they both took some heat as fans suspected it was just about pushing a business deal. As things got warm for him, he started to share the positive things about his life.
90 Day Fiancé – Scott Wern Posts About His Stroke
The TLC star had already shared that he was featured on a news report about a young kid whose life was saved by him. If you don’t know, he’s a respiratory therapist and he’s rather proud of his 27-year career in the medical field. So, he also shared many of his identity tags from the various places he worked during covid-19. Whether his “Lifeaversary” was a result of working with sick people isn’t clear.
The 90 Day Fiancé star shared the news that a year ago, he suffered from an “ischemic stroke.” In his photo, he sat in a hospital bed. His caption said, “1 year anniversary is coming July 29th. I’m blessed Im breathing, fighting, and loving today!! team Scotty!.” Apparently, it’s when a blockage occurs in a blood vessel in the brain.
‘Lifeaversary’ Comments
Many 90 Day Fiancé fans related their own stories and experiences with strokes. One witty follower suggested that he actually is celebrating a “Lifeaversary.” While it might be a made-up word, it certainly seems like being alive to celebrate it is a great thing. Other people were not always so lucky to survive. In fact, Scott mentioned his dad, saying that he passed away “in 2006.” So, while it’s a positive thing that he survived, it’s also a bit of a sad memory for him as well.
