Kobe Blaise joined the TLC show when he met the love of his life, the English teacher, Emily Bieberly, during one of his club night outs in China. Their romance seemed to strike them immediately that they ended up having an intimate night inside the club’s shower, and things started to get serious since then until they got engaged. Four weeks later, the couple found out that Emily is pregnant.

The moment Emily knew about the bun in her oven, she went home to the United States without Kobe since his K-1 visa has not yet been approved due to the pandemic. Now that Kobe finally got the visa in his hands, he immediately took a trip to the US and finally meet Emily after almost two years of being away from each other as well as their son, Koban.

In one of his recent posts on social media, Kobe shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed at Salina Surgical Hospital. The TLC star will have ACL surgery after he got himself injured last 2019 when he was still in Cameroon, waiting to step foot in the United States. He also asked for prayers from his fans as he was about to have his first-ever surgery.

Moreover, he expressed words of appreciation for his wife and family, “Thankful for my supportive and loving wife and my amazing in-laws. I know I’m in good hands.” Following his operation, the father-of-two updated his fans, stating that he felt better than ever. “Update being catered to every second and living the dream,” Kobe wrote on his Instagram story.

During their appearance on The Sarah Fraser Show, the two opened up about their family in the future. Kobe and Emily are looking for a home to reside in, and as soon they live in their own house, they plan to add more bundle of joy. The Kansas native also shared Kobe’s desire to beat his dad’s kids, “When I first met Kobe, he was like, ‘I want to beat my dad’s record, which is 10 kids.’”

“I’m not having 10, but I would have four or five, for sure,” Emily added. Currently, the couple lives with Emily’s parents but clarified that they also pay the rent. Moreover, Emily shared that she does most of the household chores while Kobe helps with the animals on their farm.
