Russian-born 90 Day Fiancé star Julia Trubkina opens up about her first-ever court date, relating to her immigration. After her visa expired in December, this is causing Julia and Brandon much stress, especially with the date the court chose for the hearing. What a way to celebrate your anniversary, while in front of a judge.

In recent weeks, 90 Day Fiancé star Julia Trubkina has kept their fans updated on her immigration status and the stress this is causing them. Fans will recall that Julia first starred in the TLC reality show in season 8, with her Virginia-native husband Brandon Gibbs. While at first, life was rocky, due to Brandon’s conservative parents, it was clear the couple was truly in love.

The couple returned in season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? where fans were updated on their lives away from the cameras. However, in a recent Instagram Story, Julia revealed that her immigration hearing has been scheduled. What makes the idea of this even worse is that the court date is on their wedding anniversary, April 26. This is not a good date for someone who has never been in court before.

The fact that the date is set does come as a relief to Julia after she has revealed the problems surrounding her Green Card status. Of course, with the date set in April, there won’t be more news about her status for a while.

Meanwhile, before her court date announcement, Julia has kept fans up to date by announcing that her visa expired in December 2022, which is scary for the young couple. Julia had applied for a 10-year Green Card, which is usually a lengthy process and can be difficult to get. However, with her court date finally set, she does have some relief from her tensions.

Meanwhile, with the couple already married, there shouldn’t be too many problems, but of course immigration policies in the US take time. However, some fans worry that because she is a Russian native, this could add a negative stance on her immigration process.

After 90 Day Fiancé stars Julia and Brandon are faced many obstacles in their relationship so far, hopefully, the court hearing will be positive for the Russian beauty. In the meantime, Julia and Brandon are busy working on their new home, which should be a welcome distraction until the big day finally arrives.
