As he continued his journey on the franchise, Gabe shared that he was originally born female. He stated that he first wore boys’ clothes when he was still in Kindergarten, and during his teenage years, he came out as lesbian and started dating girls. Moreover, when he reached 21, the Florida resident finally decided to undergo transition surgery.

In the previous episode, Gabe finally came clean to Isabel’s dad about his transition. When he got approval to marry the woman, the couple immediately decided to tie the knot as Gabe’s visa was about to expire.

However, another obstacle made its way to their wedding when the man’s birth certificate was still in his former sex.

To take care of this matter, Gabe must return to the United States, leaving Isabel with a heavy heart. “You should have all the information because it’s important,” she stated.

The two ended up in an intense conversation, but eventually patched things up before the episode ended. Moreover, Isabel accompanied Gabe at the airport and was left unsure about their future together.
