90 Day Fiancé Star Arrested For Stealing Money With Her Company Details

Last week, “90 Day Fiancé’s” Leida Margaretha was arrested in Wisconsin for stealing a large amount of money with her company details.

On Friday, Oct. 6, she was booked at Colombia County Jail in Wisconsin on charges of theft from a business setting, forgery, and wire fraud against a financial institution, the Portage Police Department confirmed.

What We Know About Leida Margaretha’s Embezzlement Charges

Margaretha, who fans might recall appeared on the sixth season of the reality dating show with fiancé Eric Rosenbrook, was taken into police custody after the owners of Loggerhead Deco, a glass bottle decorating company, reported her to the authorities.

They told Portage Police Department of “an internal theft involving a temp employee employed as their book keeper.”

The investigation that followed revealed that an employee, said to be Margaretha, “made fraudulent payments and withdraws to several outside business accounts and customers using Loggerhead Deco’s account information.”

The police disclosed that victims of Margaretha’s embezzlement include those residing in Wisconsin and surrounding states, with some “reporting several thousands of dollars in unauthorized business account payments and withdraws.”

Police also discovered via the investigation that Margaretha’s “association as co-owner to a business in Arkdale, WI. helped the employee facilitate these crimes.”

Page Six confirmed that the 34-year-old reality star was booked and is currently facing charges of theft from a business setting, fraudulent data alteration, forgery and wire fraud against a financial institution. The police shared that “charges may be forthcoming as the investigation progresses.”

Margaretha appeared on the hit series alongside Rosenbrook in Season 6 in 2018.

Margaretha initially met Rosenbrook through an online dating app, with Margaretha moving from Indonesia to Wisconsin.

During the season she appeared in, she and Rosenbrook’s volatile relationship was readily documented, with the star going as far as kicking Rosenbrook’s teenage daughter Alari Stark (formerly Tasha Rosenbrook) out of their home. She then went on to obtain a restraining order against Alari.

Amid backlash over their decision to kick Alari out, they deleted their social media channels, but not before claiming that she and Alari have made amends.
