90 Day Fiance Spoilers: Deavan Clegg Shared With Fans How Little TLC Pays Cast Members

90 Day Fiance spoilers reveal that Deavan Clegg has started to open up more about her experience while she was on the show. She shared her love life with viewers as she moved to South Korea to be with her ex-husband, Jihoon Lee. They have a child together, but things ended very badly for them. Now that she is back in the States and with her new man, Topher Park, she has started her life all over again.

That doesn’t mean that she is keeping her mouth shut though. She shared with her fans that during her time on the show, it wasn’t exactly what everyone thinks it is. Let’s find out more.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – The Cast Pay

When it comes to getting paid to be on 90 Day Fiance, there have been rumors that the cast gets paid really well, but Deavan feels another way about it.

She told her fans, “We only got $1,000 per episode we were featured in. We paid all travel costs, parking (when filming) food most days. Sometimes we would be reimbursed for certain things like clothing. So for season 2, I wasn’t paid out completely until almost a year after filming. We did get $1,500 for the Tell-All. If I were to compare the cost to what needed to be spent to get to locations, food, clothing that wasn’t reimbursed, I was close to breaking even.”

Deavan also explained that TLC told her that they would have liked it if she didn’t do podcasts or promotional work after being on the show.

She added, “I was even asked to stop doing my YouTube channel. This is how I made money and they didn’t like that.”

Deavan moved to South Korea from Utah to be with Jihoon. They ended up getting married and had Taeyang together. She already had a child from a previous relationship, but Jihoon just didn’t get along with her.

There were a lot of abuse claims in their relationship and even though the show made it look like she moved, she claimed that she never moved to South Korea and it was all staged for the show.

Now that she and Jihoon have divorced, she has full custody of Taeyang and according to her, Jihoon is not in his life nor does he try to be.

Life has changed so much for Deavan, but it seems as if she is doing just fine with her new man and her new life.
