I say just do what makes you happy,” Kara wrote in her Instagram post. “Motherhood is hard and it’s harder when you feel judged. Less judgment more love,” she added.

Kara had her share of criticism from others. Many called her out for posting a photo of Nicolas with his face covered but leaving the rest of his body exposed.

Although it’s not clear whether Kara is breastfeeding her child or not, she just wants others to realize that they should support new mothers instead of pulling them down.
