90 Day Fiancé Fans Clap Back At Big Ed Brown’s ‘Workout’ Video

90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed has done it again – he has upset fans by posting a workout video where his form is just plain dangerous.

While trying to look cool while working out in the gym, commenters are slamming his form as risky moves.

Big Ed Brown just posted his latest workout video on Instagram and in the process, has irritated many of his followers.

In the video that can be seen here, Brown can be seen doing the strangest moves that have the potential to seriously injure his back.

Fans were quick to respond, criticizing Big Ed’s form and urging him to get a personal trainer as what he is doing now is a waste of time.

However, others are speculating that he is intentionally posting cringe-worthy videos to stay relevant on social media.

Meanwhile, Ed, 58, has only been on the TLC reality franchise for three years. However, he quickly became one of the most controversial cast members.

He tends to regularly make posts to try and stay relevant. However, in the process, he has imitated (and insulted) Elvis and irritated followers with his cringe-worthy dance moves.

About the workout video

Captioning the video, “Gains…MORE GAINSSS,” Ed is working on a pull-down machine in a way that could injure his back. Among the comments, one follower wrote, “Terrible form. Fast for a week then fix your diet.”

One fan commented, writing, “Your form is horrible, bro,” while another wrote, “Please have a look at your form. You’ll be calling a chiropractor if you don’t!!”

Yet another wrote, “It’s all fun until you’re in the hospital with a Go Fund Me asking everyone to pay your hospital bills.”

It’s clear that the comments hit a nerve, as they have since been deleted, which is actually unusual for Ed, who normally has a thick skin.

Now, the only comment is from the writer, asking where the comments went.

Big Ed, Liz and 90 Day: The Last Resort

Ed and Liz have had a rocky relationship up to now, breaking up and making up on a regular basis.

While they are still together, the pair is currently starring in the new spinoff, 90 Day: The Last Resort.

Admittedly, Ed definitely needs the therapy, but maybe Liz does, too, as she takes so much from her fiancé.

It remains to be seen if Ed will take note of what the therapists tell him. However, according to reports, the couple has now left San Diego and is living somewhere in Arkansas.
