90 Day Fiancé Alum Varya Loses Visitation Rights With Geoffrey

Former 90 Day Fiancé star Varya Malina is heartbroken after losing visitation rights with Geoffrey while heading to the beach.

90 Day Fiancé alum Varya Malina is coming up for a birthday but she won’t be able to visit Geoffrey Paschel on the day. Varya opened up on Instagram to reveal why she has permanently lost visitation rights to her beau. Read on to find out what Malina recently shared on her Instagram.

Varya Malina banned from visiting Geoffrey Paschel

Former TLC reality star, Varya Malina, is currently upset and heartbroken as she cannot visit Geoffrey Paschel on her birthday.

90 Day Fiancé fans will recall that Geoffrey is currently serving an 18-year prison sentence for aggravated kidnapping, assault and other charges. Meanwhile, Varya, 33, was in a long-distance relationship with Geoffrey, 44, and fans met them in season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days.

In the finale episode of the TLC reality show, Varya and Geoffrey got engaged. However, Paschel soon after went behind bars for allegedly assaulting his former girlfriend. However, despite the fact that he is in prison, Varya never lost her love for the Tennessee native. In fact, she is living in his home and is caring for his family and his pets.

Varya’s Instagram Stories

When Varya’s visitation rights were taken away, she shared the news on his Instagram Story, but took her time in explaining why it happened. In one Instagram Story, she shared a photo of herself and Geoffrey with the words:

My visitations were suspended PERMANENTLY. When I tell you the reason, you’ll be shocked.

Varya went on to call the prison system “bias[ed] and inhumane.”

In the clip, Malina said she felt broken and low, as if a part of her soul was “torn out AGAIN.” Moreover, she said she wanted to spend her birthday with Geoffrey, but this is out of the question. Meanwhile, Varya said she planned to lie in her bed and cry all day, while her friends apparently came up with a “rescue plan.”

She claimed she felt broken and low as if a part of her soul was “torn out AGAIN.” Varya said she wanted to spend her birthday with Geoffrey. She planned to lie in her bed and cry all day, but her friends came up with a “rescue plan.” In fact, Varya then revealed a clip of herself getting Botox on her forehead while promoting the clinic in a brand sponsorship. Naturally, this led to cynicism from her followers about her story about Geoffrey.

However, after many more Instagram Stories, Varya finally came to the point and opened up about her visitation ban. She explained that X-ray body scanners have been installed “everywhere in Tennessee” and how they expose you to radiation.

She apparently had to go through an X-ray body scanner at the prison, where she opted out and would prefer a strip search or other alternative. However, the former 90 Day Fiancé star was told there were no exceptions and if she refused, she would have to leave. As Varya had no doctor’s note with her, she later visited her doctor and returned to the prison where she told them she couldn’t go through the machine. However, it turned out it was too late to submit the doctor’s note and the warden refused to listen to Malina, who was then allegedly suspended permanently from visiting Geoffrey.

Apparently, the former TLC reality star wrote an email to an assistant commissioner and the commissioner himself but has heard nothing back from them. Meanwhile, Varya next told fans that she is flying to an undisclosed location with her friends. While fans are sympathetic about her prison ban, they are angry at her more flippant posts, shared in between the drama.

In her latest Instagram Story, Varya looks blissfully happy, while visiting a beach location, so even though she couldn’t see Geoffrey, she did have fun on her birthday with her friends. Talk about mixed signals!
