\Losing weight seems to be the main trend with 90 Day Fiancé cast members as Syngin Colchester shares his new weight-loss photos on Instagram. Apparently, the South African native has been working out and he is already revealing the results after only two weeks.

Two weeks ago, 90 Day Fiancé alum Syngin Colchester, 32, began a new weight-loss and fitness journey.  In that short space of time, the TLC reality alum has already lost nine pounds and is proud of it.

Since starring in 90 Day Fiancé season 7 with Tania Maduro, Syngin is known for his fun lifestyle. In fact, following their split, he began living his dream life. Since that split, Colchester has shared many photos with his new girlfriend. However, this led fans to worry that he was addicted to alcohol.

Despite this, a few weeks ago, the Capetonian revealed his goal of getting fit and recently, he shared the results to his Instagram account. In his post, Syngin shared a number of full-body pics, writing the caption: “Weight loss update! 9 pounds down and this is what I have been up to.. I am getting back into nature again, hitting the gym, and drinking wayyyy less.”

Moreover, Colchester shared that he has already lost nine pounds, but he said working out is also helping his mental health, which he said is likely the best benefit for him, adding:

Im [sic] still finding my balance… but its definitely been a great first two weeks, and thank you guys for all the tips in my last post! I will be sure to keep you all updated!!

Fans react to Syngin’s post

It is clear that Syngin is making great progress, but his post got mixed reactions from his fans.  Many fans congratulated the TLC reality star, telling him he looks great. Moreover, fellow 90 Day Fiancé cast member, Corey Rathgeber commented, “Nice keep at it! And when u get down here the surfing will definitely help get u into shape.”

However, some 90 Day Fiancé viewers couldn’t believe his progress, claiming he won’t be able to maintain this lifestyle due to his alcohol addiction. Others were critical of Syngin posing in his underwear, commenting that he shouldn’t have revealed the look after losing less than 10 pounds. In fact, one fan commented, writing, “We didn’t need to see this.” However, another follower approved of the photo, writing, “Whatever you do, just keep posting the underwear selfies…

Meanwhile, another asked Syngin, “Did you quit drinking too?” to which the South African native responded, “Not a 100% but cut down about 70%.”
