90 Day Fiancé alum Lisa Hamme recently gave her ex, Usman Umar, a stern warning on Instagram. This comes after SojaBoy referred to her as a “99-year-old woman” following her weight loss. However, while that was nasty, Lisa’s response has led to fans slamming her.

Just when you think you have gotten over 90 Day Fiancé’s Usman Umar and Kimberly Menzies, SojaBoy’s former wife, Lisa Hamme has given the Nigerian native a stern warning. It seems the feud between the two TLC reality stars never ends. Lisa has been sharing details of her weight loss, which led to an insulting Instagram post by Usman, saying she looks like a “99-year-old woman.”

Meanwhile, former “Babygirl Lisa” responded to his post, telling Usman that she is happy and healthy, and that she lost weight for herself and not for health reasons.

90 Day Fiancé fans will recall meeting Lisa and Usmar in season 4 of Before the 90 Days, when Lisa headed to Nigeria to be with the much-younger musician. The pair met on social media, and despite their 20-year age gap, ended up getting married. However, their relationship failed, probably due to her being jealous of her man.

When the season’s Tell-All aired, Usman and Lisa had already split and in December 2020, Usman served divorce papers on her. However, it seems neither of them can forget the other, regularly making jibes about their exes. This was particularly so when Lisa recently responded to Usman’s nasty words about her on social media.

Umar had shared an image of Lisa with another woman on his Instagram, captioning it, “Someone send me this and said that is LISA, I think this woman need prayer.” He went on to ask, “Is she sick of something? Bcus [sic] this one look like 99 year old woman or is it my eyes.”

Naturally, Lisa saw the Instagram post and made one of her own, sharing a screen capture of the image and writing, “PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE,” adding that she was “happy and healthy.” The former TLC reality star explained that she lost weight for herself and not for health reasons.

However, after asking Usman to leave her alone, a quick swipe through her Instagram posts makes it clear that she has no problem targeting him with hate. Several fans slammed her in the comments section of her post, reminding her that she is usually the one taking “ANY opportunity to hate on him.”

One wrote, “Girl you do the same!  you were hard posting about him & Kim.” Another commented, “You literally posted every meme you could find about him.”

However, the former did get some friendlier feedback, with one follower writing:

He will never stop. As soon as attention stops with that boy, he put your name and pictures up… girlfriend you are so damn lucky that sh*tstorm [sic] ended, before he could cause more problems. Count your blessings. ❤

It’s time for both Usman and Lisa to put their issues in the rearview mirror and stop the hate. While his latest relationship failed, Lisa reconnected with a man from her past and ended up getting married to Tracey Robinson in April 2021.
