This time it is 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star, Jess Caroline, who has truly revealed her “happily ever after” status in a before-and-after image on Instagram.

They will recall that her reality TV journey saw her in a relationship with Colt Johnson on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Of course, that relationship failed and Jess went on to marry the love of her life, Brian Hanvey. In fact, she is still with the handsome hunk.

Meanwhile, Jess has been focusing on fitness, promoting body positivity on her social media. Back in 2021, the TLC reality alum opened up about facing body shaming online, but she didn’t let this hold her back. It is clear that she has come a long way and has lost a lot of weight.

In a recent Instagram post, Jess shared an amazing before-and-after photo of her weight loss, revealing how she looks now. The image on the left shows Jess before, while the one on the right reveals how great she looks now. Not only does she look slim, and also looks fit and toned.

In her caption, the 90 Day Fiancé alum told her fans to “look in the mirror” and to keep competing with themselves to improve.
