However, after she nearly died, she decided to really make an effort. In rehab, she demonstrated her mental toughness by refusing to eat unhealthy foods. Plus, she met Caleb Willingham who seems to have made her really happy for the first time.

When Tammy and Caleb tied the knot, the family arrived to witness it. Luckily nobody called out objections to their marriage. Actually, Tammy seemed a bit nervous at that point. She said, “you never know [who might object].” Nobody did, and she became extremely emotional about seeing her husband at the altar.

The 1000-Lb Sisters star said that it felt as if “God had opened up the clouds and let the sunshine in.” Additionally, she visualized “butterflies all around.”  Naturally, fans really hope she never loses that sunshine and happiness. 1000-Lb Sisters fans didn’t meet Caleb until the current season. So, they don’t know him. Some folks feel that he’s suspect. One of them said, “I hope it works but there’s something a little off about him, can’t really explain it!!.”

Others feel that they might work out. A follower noted, “he liked her and wanted to meet her. She’s in his situation so maybe he believed it would work. I want to be positive about him.”
