Now the family has grown on the show, with the inclusion of Chris and their sister Amanda, it certainly hasn’t hurt the ratings. Of course, with Amy now raising two little boys, interest increases.

1000-Lb Sisters Season 4 has finally gotten serious about Tammy losing weight. For three seasons, many viewers complained that the show was missing an opportunity to demonstrate how people with obesity could positively change their lives. Actually, a lot of squabbling goes on between the two sisters. Meanwhile, Tammy is painted as a selfish and self-centered, immature person. Anyway, the family reportedly feels unhappy with the way TLC portrays them.

According to The Sun US, the entire family feels unhappy with the way the TLC show portrays them. In a new article, the outlet notes that an “insider close to the TLC stars claims every time a cast member attempts to have a serious conversation on the show The produces edit it out.” Apparently all of them including Tammy’s new man Caleb Willingham or unable to work elsewhere as they signed contracts. Allegedly, even the kids are on contracts.

The 1000-Lb Sisters stars claim that they would rather have their own spinoff and preferably with another network. It sounds like spoilers reveal that the show might send them off on an adventure in Greece. However, it seems that the family would rather earn a bit more money and do a more serious show than the one current one. Actually, it’s hardly surprising to find out that they could use another show.

Apparently, Tammy Slaton only takes home between two and three thousand dollars per episode. Bear in mind, months of rehab came out of her own pocket.
