In one of the episodes, Amy moved out of their house to start fresh with her husband, Michael. She purchased a 1,584-square-foot property with three bedrooms and one bath home in Morganfield, Kentucky. During that time, the mother-of-two felt guilty about moving out as her sister faced a serious health scare. She stated that she doesn’t do any workout routines, however, Amy always makes sure to eat smaller meals that are higher in protein and lower in carbs. Though there are times she finds it hard to maintain her diet, according to the Kentucky resident, it is all about making better decisions. Moreover, her two sons, Gage and Glenn, inspire her to stay and continue her fitness journey.
