1000-Lb. Sisters spoilers reveal that, according to Screen Rant, after nearly dying, entering rehab, finding the love of her life, getting married, and undergoing successful bariatric surgery, Tammy Slaton is planning to conquer her world and live a healthy life.

The TLC personality has reportedly turned over a new leaf following her near-death experience. However, fans last saw her fighting for her life after her lung collapsed and she was rushed to the hospital with doctors fearing the worst.

The 1000-lb Sisters alum has battled with her weight for her entire life. Fans of the show learned very early in the show that Tammy and her sister Amy Slaton Halterman were frequently left to fend for themselves as children. The situation often led to them dining on junk food.

And while Amy eventually qualified for weight loss surgery in season 1 of 1000-Lb. Sisters, Tammy always sabotaged herself. Though Tammy has been open and frank about her food addiction, it took nearly dying before she became willing to make the necessary changes to better herself this season.

After losing 115 lbs. since entering rehab, Tammy now feels that she can, as she puts it, “conquer the world,” and season 5 is chronicling her extreme highs (via Us Magazine).

Tammy Slaton Spoilers – Could Barely Walk

The most recent installment of the show saw Tammy, 36, on an endorphin high following the completion of an exercise regimen and a stop at the scales. In a confessional Tammy referred to her return to rehab as one of the “best moves” she’s made on her weight loss journey.

After her near-death experience at the end of season 3, Tammy returned to the Ohio rehab facility so that doctors could better keep an eye on her. During her 1000-lb Sister confessional she shared that, when she first arrived at the facility, weighing in at 689 lbs., she could barely walk on her own and needed the help of a walker.

1000-Lb. Sisters Spoilers – Doctors Notice The Change

Now the TLC personality is walking on her own and has indicated that she no longer gets winded as easily. The weigh-in showed Tammy that she’s capable of anything she puts her mind to. And her efforts have not gone unnoticed as her doctors were openly pleased with the results.
