Tammy has been working hard on keeping the weight off. She lost a massive amount of weight when she was in the weight loss rehab facility with Caleb.

Even though she is back in Kentucky and with her family again, she is still struggling with keeping the weight off. She has been hitting the gym as much as she can to continue to drop the pounds.

This week, Tammy hit the gym with her family members and they were all in pretty interesting outfits. Tammy was seen wearing a trash bag as her outfit. Her family wore sweatsuits and headbands as they worked out with her.

In a clip for the new episode of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy told the cameras, “It’s not my style of dress, but I’m going to put that b***h on and work it, baby!” Her sister Amanda Halterman added, “Y’all look dumb as hell.”

In another clip for the new season, Tammy admits to the cameras just how much she hates working out.

She knows that it is important to do it in order to keep all of the weight off though. It’s easier and a lot more fun for her to have her family with her while she is at the gym.

Tammy and her family are all working hard to lose more weight and Tammy has made huge strides.

She can now sit in the front seat of a car and is able to fasten her seatbelt doing so. This is great news for Tammy as she has struggled for years to do so.
