1000 Lb Sisters Spoilers reveal that although the show is not airing currently, producers are keeping up with everything going on with the family. Since last season’s end, Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman have been in divorce court. Amy and Michael’s last appearance in court was May 3 and TLC was there to film around the proceeding for the show.

1000 Lb Sisters Spoilers reveal that although cameras weren’t allowed inside the courtroom during the proceedings, TLC filmed confessionals before and afterward.

Amy was accompanied at court by Amanda Slaton and Chris Combs. Not a great deal of information has been released but according to OK! Amy did drop the domestic violence charges against Michael.

Charges were initially filed in February 2023 when Amy called 911 and said that Michael had become violent with the children in the home and started throwing things.

 At the time, Amy and Michael were arguing. Law Enforcement confirmed that Amy and Michael fought because Amy wanted a divorce and Michael didn’t.

1000 Lb Sisters Spoilers  – Amy Slaton Moved Out Of Their House

After it was determined that neither Amy nor Michael was under the influence the night of their fight, Amy took the children and moved in with her sister Tammy Slaton.

Currently, it is believed that Amy is still living with Tammy. Michael filed for divorce on March 13. Amy posted on Tik Tok recently, “A true queen turns her pain into power!!!”

Reports say that Amy seemed to be cheery and friendly while Michael was more stone-faced. It was also reported that Amy spoke to her lawyer and Amanda for some time before she agreed to drop the domestic violence charges against Michael.

Before this court appearance, the judge amended the custody agreement to allow Michael to have “supervised contact” with the kids as long as his mother or sister were present and he did not physically discipline the kids.

1000 Lb Sisters Spoilers – Tammy Slaton’s Life Has Changed Too

Since coming home from the rehab facility in Ohio things have changed for Tammy as well. Tammy is home with Amy and the children while Tammy’s husband, Caleb Willingham, is still in the rehab facility.

However, things have not gone as Tammy had hoped because Caleb was supposed to move to a facility in Kentucky although that has never happened.

Currently, it seems that Tammy and Caleb are hinting toward a split after months of Tammy being home alone. According to published reports, Tammy got frustrated because Caleb didn’t do what he has promised her.

At one point it seems that Caleb posted that he and Tammy were together in name only. However, from Tammy’s perspective, she is upset over everything that Caleb hasn’t done.

Will Amy and Michael go through with their divorce and move on with their lives? Will Amy stay with Tammy or move into a place of her own with the boys?
