The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) is in jail but don’t expect him to stay there. The only way for Ashland to truly be eliminated is by death it seems. During an interview, Joshua Morrow mentioned Nick Newman wanting Ashland gone for good. Could this be a hint that Nick might kill Ashland to protect his loved ones?

Victoria Newman’s Lack of Concern

Y&R spoilers reveal that ever since Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) came back from conning Ashland, she has been unconcerned about the fallout. Ashland did follow Victoria to Genoa City and had someone following her. Then, Ashland showed up at Newman Enterprises. Even though Victoria’s eyes were wide with shock, she still doesn’t fear the “Locke-ness Monster.”

Y&R Spoilers: Ashland Locke’s Arrest

Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) allowed Ashland to spend a few minutes saying a final goodbye to Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). However, when Ashland wasn’t looking, Diane texted Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to let him know what was going on.

That prompted Michael, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) to rush to the park. While Ashland was surrounded by his enemies, the police were called. On Friday, July 15, Ashland was arrested and put in jail for violating the restraining order.

Nick Newman’s Permanent Solution

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Ashland won’t stay in jail long. Ashland will eventually be released. Even though Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) threatens Ashland, the villain is relentless. Ashland isn’t going to give up until he gets revenge.

Nick knows this about Ashland but is baffled why Victoria isn’t batting an eyelash over the situation. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Morrow said that Nick wants Ashland gone “for good.”

“To Nick’s dismay, Victoria doesn’t give Ashland a second thought, as far as what he’s capable of. Yes, she’s a grown woman and Nick understands that she has to make her own choices, but he’s not going to let this go. Bottom line, Nick wants this dude gone for good.”

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Murder Mystery?

It is teased that Ashland’s exit could spark a murder mystery. If Ashland turns up dead, there would be tons of suspects. Would Nick actually resort to committing murder to protect his sister?
