Y&R Spoilers: What To Do, Sharon Rosales Is Waiting For A Storyline

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) has been waiting in the background for a good story arc for a while now. She had her moments with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and even made a big splash by getting married on New Years’ Eve, however, since then, she hasn’t really done much.

She had to suffer through the death of her husband, and we never even really saw it. Not only was Rey killed off-screen, but the aftermath of his death was never shown, and Sharon has rarely been seen except to talk to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) a few times. It feels so strange to see someone go from the main character to being nearly non-existent.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Rosales Needs A Story

While it’s probably still too early for Sharon to have any love interests or move on from her marriage, we could absolutely see her do other things. She has her coffee shop, her daughters, Nick, and plenty of stories left to tell and we are not quite sure what the writers are waiting for.

There have been a few times that I have completely forgotten she was a part of the show until she pops up in the background eavesdropping on someone else’s conversation. Let’s see how she dealt with the death of her husband, or what she plans to do now.

Y&R Spoilers – What We Really Want

Many fans I think assumed that when Rey Rosales died that Sharon and Nick would finally be reunited. While it might still be a bit early for that, I think some more scenes between the two would be welcomed. Something that shows them reconnecting and rediscovering their feelings for each other in a way that would show that the feelings never really left.

We’ve been so big on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) lately, that I think we forgot how dynamic Nick and Sharon were and could be again. The two together have been electric in the past and it always felt like they were soul mates.

Whatever the storyline is, let’s just make it happen, because keeping her on the back shelf for so long is not a good idea.
