Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) are very much engaged and very happy. After all, they both got down on one knee and proposed to one another with beautiful rings on two separate romantic occasions. How much more in love and engaged can you get? It’s even time to have an engagement party soon at Crimson Lights.

Except Tessa can feel trouble coming so she decides to tell Mariah that Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) still has feelings for her. Mariah can barely believe it. Her little brother still has feelings for her girlfriend after all these years. How can that possibly be true? It’s a little weird and creepy and not something Mariah expected to hear. Should she maybe have a talk with Noah or should they leave well enough alone? Mariah isn’t quite sure.

She sent Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) packing into the friend zone once more and even her hotel that she was so obsessed with is running itself now and she is bored

But she does have a good offer in Italy for the job of her dreams and it would involve working with Summer and living near her. When she tells Michael Baldwin (Christian J. Le Blanc) about the offer he does his best to talk her into staying. He also wants to find out what is really going on in her head because it seems like Phyllis might be in trouble.

While Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is thrilled to have Dominic back after his night away, she still feels uncomfortable about the entire custody agreement. She feels even more uncomfortable when Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has other suggestions on how the baby should be raised.
