No matter what Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has tried to do to get rid of Ashland Locke (Roberrt Newman), the man is like a bad cold that just won’t go away. Not even $500 million can get hin to leave town and leave the Newmans alone, so Victor has to turn to new means to bring the man down and if that means using a child, that is what he will do.

Victor already approached Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) with a plan to make Ashland believe there is nothing left for him in Genoa City. If he can’t be with young Harrison, what is the point in staying? Plus, it will hit the man where it hurts the most and that’s all Victor really wants to do.

Now, that plan is put into action and Ashland is gut-punched and blindsided by it. He thought he had an agreement with Kyle and now that he knows he does not, Victor night not like it if Ashland retaliates.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Is Her Own Woman

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) keeps asserting herself and announcing she is in charge of work, her life, her family, and her own sense of self, but does she actually believe any of that? Well, she’s about to do it again on Friday, asserting her independence so that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) never get in her way again.

But will Ashland get in her way? He is still in love with her and she is still so unsure about him. In the end, Ashland can be Victoria’s long-overdue undoing if she continues to assert herself on the outside but remain confused on the inside. Isn’t that always the way with Victoria, a woman who always puts on a facade?

What she doesn’t know is that Sally and Adam have big plans for Victoria and they are plotting it all so that she’ll never see it coming. Almost in the same way Ashland never felt his visitation with Harrison would ever be taken away. These two sure of themselves people are going to have rude awakenings as we end the week.
