Y&R Spoilers: Tucker’s Plan B-Romances Victoria For Foothold In Newman?

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and rumors tease that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) has a plan b if his getting Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) back doesn’t work out. He’ll romance Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) in an effort to gain a foothold in Newman Enterprises.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Flirting Already

One could tell, in spite of his denials to Victoria about taking over Newman Enterprises, that he was flirting with her already and testing the waters during that conversation at Society. Even as he was waiting for Ashley to join him he was testing Victoria’s responses to him, and she was definitely generating some positive vibes. There were many more eye to eye looks and smiles between Victoria and Tucker than there were between Tucker and Ashley.

Even on Tucker’s side it seemed faked, and Ashley was struggling to admit any connection, even though she was trying to fake her way into him opening up. The sense one got when watching Tucker and Victoria interact was totally different than watching Ashley and Tucker interact, even on his part.

Y & R Spoilers – Master Plans

Tucker had noted earlier at the Genoa City Athletic Club to his mole Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) that he thought the CEO trying to take over Chancellor-Winters was Victoria. That didn’t make any sense to her, until he told her that his mother, Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) had originally left the company to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Truthfully, Tucker is her son by blood and it should have gone to him, not to Victor who at best was a good friend. Even as he tries to win Ashley back, he plays both ends against the middle and cozies up more and more to Victoria as well, trying to gain her trust. He doesn’t have an interest in Jabot as such, but Ashley has her own division in France so he has an interest there.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Playing Hero

Tucker knows that he can get on Victoria’s trusting side very easily in spite of her hard learned lesson with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). They already have a rapport built which is much better than his trying to break through the icy wall that is Ashley, and he intends to build on it. If Victoria indeed is trying to take over his son’s company and he can intervene – or take over Newman first and beat her to the punch he can be a hero.

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will thank his father for saving his company and he’ll have gained more wealth in the meantime. But it’s always good to have a plan b, even if the b stands for botched!
