The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) comes up with a dangerous plan. After finding out that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) sold Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) in an attempt to sell out his company, he needs a new plan of attack.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Not Sure Of His Theory
Tucker tells his spy, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) he’s not so sure that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is the one Nate is colluding with or not. He’s off on his game there, since in fact it is Victoria but Audra has an idea she shoots her boss. She thinks that Tucker should undermine the company so he can take it over, and he says only he and Devon should be running Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) company.
Tucker needs Audra to make it happen, so that only he and Devon are running Chancellor-Winters. All other interlopers need to be fired, and that would include Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), although Devon would not be in favor of that plan.
Y & R Spoilers – Plan Your Work, Work Your Plot
As far as Chancellor-Winters is concerned, one player is out already as Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has already turned in his resignation. Nate has been fired and will now be working for Victoria, after he confessed to being a corporate spy, although she still wants to buy out the company. The Chancellor part of Chancellor-Winters had been left to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) by Katherine, having been angry at Tucker and cutting him out of her will. He sold it to Jill and it became Chancellor Communications, or ChancCom which since merged with Devon’s company Hamilton-Winters so is now Chancellor-Winters. That is why Tucker doesn’t want anyone but himself and Devon to run the company, which he felt was rightfully to have gone to him.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Buyout Or Bust
Audra was the business analyst hired by Chancellor-Winters to advise them on the now stalled IPO, or initial public offering. Lily and Devon, along with Jill, have been talking about whether to abandon the plan entirely or just to postpone it until the sharks disperse. They discuss whether to go forward with it or not, Lily saying there are always sharks circling large companies looking for corporate takeover opportunities.
Audra will need to keep involved with the company so she can keep abreast of what they are doing going forward. That is the only way she can keep reporting back to Tucker and trying to “make it happen” as he has ordered.
