This is Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) second time around in Genoa City. He seems much younger and more refreshed than he was the last time around when he learned he had a son named Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), we learned he was Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) long-lost child, and he married and broke Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) heart all in that order. At the time he was played by current Days of Our Lives star Stephen Nichols.

Tucker even claims he has changed and promises Ashley he will never hurt her again. However, Ashley doesn’t buy a word he is selling no matter how much she wants to. After all, she has been very lonely these last few years and she certainly still has chemistry with Tucker, but she is not about to fall for him again.

Even when Tucker takes them on a romantic date, she does her best to resist his very charming ways.

Y&R Spoilers – A Picnic In Wisconsin Winter

Ashley is surprised when Tucker leads her to a romantic picnic lunch in the woods. We will just assume that Wisconsin of all places is having a very warm December day. While Ashley likes what she sees, she is determined to tell Tucker that it is not going to happen between them again.

“At this point, Ashley is not going to let her guard down,” Eileen Davidson said in the December 19, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “When Tucker tries to steer the conversation towards discussing his feelings for her, Ashley makes it perfectly clear she doesn’t have feelings for him, not is she interested in hearing what Tucker has to say about the matter.”

Ashley also thinks that Tucker might not be after her, but is after Jabot, so she also wants to keep he eyes on him. There is no way he is going to let him get his hands on her family company.
