The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, July 28, 2022, reveal Summer confronting her mother because she doesn’t like what she’s been seeing.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers In The Hot Seat

Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) wants to know what her mother is really up to and why she seems to have had a change of heart about working at Marchetti over the precious hotel she worked so long and hard for. All of this seems suspicious and Summer demands to know what is up.

Of course, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) plays innocent and doesn’t dare give away that she really wants an in with the company so she can keep her eyes on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and then bring her down. She has this all figured out with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and can’t let Summer know that she never really had a change of heart about Diane.

Will Summer buy what her mother is selling? After all, she is buying what Diane is selling, but she knows Phyllis a lot better than Diane. She wants to believe that Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) mother has changed, but she should realize that her own mother has never changed.

Y&R Spoilers – Victor Newman To The Rescue?

The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has more problems than he knows what to do with. Every time he thought he was rid of Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), the man kept coming back, but now he seems to be dead. In fact, Victor made sure a dead Ashland turned up in the wrong place, which was the right place in Victor’s mind. Now, Victor is just watching it all play out.

That includes Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) having to deliver some bad news. He is the one who dealt that fatal blow to Ashland, but the bad news seems to be coming from him and not for him. Just what did Victor really do and how much trouble could Nick be in if Victor acted impulsively?
