The new Ashland Locke’s debut date was recently announced and now there is information on the first scene. It seems that when Newman takes over the role, Ashland will have some serious questions to answer when he is cornered.

Y&R spoilers reveal that fans were stunned when Burgi announced that he was no longer with the CBS soap. It was assumed that it was a natural exit, such as Ashland being arrested, going back to New York alone, or him dying.

Soon, it was revealed that Burgi was fired for accidentally violating the COVID-19 protocol. Even though Burgi was extremely apologetic, Burgi doesn’t seem to have any hard feelings toward the soap. After Burgi cleared up the factors that led to his termination, his replacement was announced.

Ashland will have no choice but to tell Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) the truth. During their whirlwind romance, Ashland has already made several confessions and has been caught in many lies. This one is really a doozy though, so how will Victoria handle it?

Y&R Spoilers – Future Of ‘Ashtoria’

It was teased to Soap Opera Digest that in 2022, Victoria would have to make a tough decision about her marriage. It was confirmed at the time if “Ashtoria” would survive or not. However, we do know that Victoria’s insatiable greed seems to be growing. So, Victoria just might accept Ashland’s apology so she can keep all the power she’s recently gained.

However, don’t sell Victoria short just yet. She likely will make Ashland pay in ways he never imagined she was capable of. After all, Victoria is Victor Newman’s daughter.
