Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Sells Grand Phoenix For Marchetti Job, Plans to Destroy Diane

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is public enemy number one in Genoa City, Wisconsin, tied for the top spot with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). It’s hard to tell who has more haters, but Diane needs to watch her back as Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) could be about to make a decision that rocks her world.

Phyllis loathes Diane and this week she learned that the other woman could be a real competitor for Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) affections. Red is never balanced on the best of days so any proposition to get Diane out of hair will likely be met with glee and an affirmation. What could be coming down the pike?

Would Phyllis actually let go if her beloved hotel The Grand Phoenix which she sees as a representation of herself and how she’s risen from the ashes?

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Phyllis Summers is a Hot Mess

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is offering Phyllis a great deal for the hotel. If she were free of running the place she would have more time to connive and conspire against Diane!

Look for Phyllis to fishe for information about Marchetti and hint to her daughter Summer that she’d like to join the team. In fact, Summer offered Phyllis a job when Skyle were still based in Italy. Red turned it down then, but now Marchetti is in GC and that will make all the difference.

Sweetening the pot is the fact that Diane is working in the PR department. Diane is Kyle’s undead mother, and by working at Marchetti, Diane is also working for Jabot and Jack.
Y&R spoilers: Phyllis Takes Aim

Phyllis is concerned that Diane’s job will allow her more access to the Abbott family and she’s going bonkers thinking about it. What can Red do about this? If she sells The Grand Phoenix she could be hired on at Marchetti in some sort of nepotism position.

Unless Summer sees right through Phyllis’ transparent move! Then again, Phyllis always has something underhanded going on, so how can Summer justify denying her mom? And if Diane and Phyllis are working in close proximity, explosions are bound to happen.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: What Happens Next in Genoa City, Wisconsin?

Look for Kyle and Summer to have reservations about such a corporate pairing, but in the end agree that Phyllis could be put on a trial basis while they observe how she reacts to Diane. Especially when Phyllis promises to play nice—ya right!
