Y&R Spoilers: Nick And Sharon Reunite?

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that if things happen between Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) like they seem they might, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) could reunite in upcoming episodes of The Young and The Restless!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – There’s Been A Trend Towards Steamy Dreams Lately

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall there’s been a trend towards steamy dreams lately, with Chelsea dreaming about Rey and Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) dreaming about Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). Before all this, however, Nick had a dream around Christmas to let him know he needed to focus on his family – that would include Sharon as his first wife and Noah and Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) mother.

Longtime viewers of The Young and The Restless will remember that Sharon was Nick’s first wife, and Noah and Faith are their children together – later, Sharon found out she had twins stolen from her, Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes ) later. Nick loved Cassie as his own, and was just as devastated as Sharon when she died, and he has accepted her twin Mariah as well who came along many years later, albeit through some very strange circumstances!

Y&R Spoilers – Rey Rosales Cannot Have His Own Children With Sharon Rosales But He Could With Chelsea Lawson

Viewers of The Young and The Restless know that Rey cannot have his own children with Sharon, since she is beyond the age of childbearing and besides, her past battles with breast cancer may preclude a pregnancy. However, Chelsea is still young enough to have more children and Rey already has a fantastic rapport with young Connor Newman (Judah Mackey); Chelsea was once involved with Nick as well, but then wound up reconciling with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

But Chelsea’s moved on from Adam and although right now she and Rey are just good friends, if they were to couple up that would leave Sharon free to reconcile with Nick. Viewers of The Young and The Restless know there’s another child as well – Christian Newman (Alex Wilson), Adam’s son with the late Sage Newman (Kelly Sullivan) – Adam’s made no recent moves to reclaim Christian, so that would be another young one for Sharon to love! Since Faith is looking at colleges, reconciling with Nick and helping raise Christian would prevent a case of empty nest syndrome!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Will Nick Newman And Possibly Sharon Rosales Jump On The Hot Dream Train?

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that although right now, Sharon and Rey have been doing okay, their history is fraught with break ups and reconciliations – mainly caused by his jealousy over Adam. That wouldn’t necessarily bode well for a relationship with him and Chelsea either, unless he can detach himself mentally and emotionally from her history with Adam and realize she’s really moved on!

Rey had to learn the difference between a romantic attraction and a codependent relationship of fixer and one seeking to be fixed, which is what Sharon and Adam really had. But if this seeming path to romance for Rey and Chelsea does materialize, it’s not out of the question to see Nick and possibly Sharon as well jump on the hot dream train about each other, and possibly get back together eventually!
