Y&R Spoilers: New Baby, Are Mariah And Tessa Ready?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) are ready to continue growing their lives together and this involves having a family. They have been looking into adoption and while their first attempt wasn’t the greatest, it looks like someone may want to give them their baby.

An expectant mother may want to give them her child, but Mariah doesn’t want to get her hopes up too quickly. As Grimes tells Soap Opera Digest, “She doesn’t want to jump the gun. But there’s no doubt that Christine has injected new energy into the process.”

The birth mom wants to meet Mariah and Tessa first though, and we are wondering if it will be a special guest star or if we will even see the mother. Grimes continues to explain, “At this point, they’re willing to agree to any stipulation. However, Mariah knows that disappointment could be lurking around the corner.”

Well, with that attitude, something is bound to go wrong, right? I think Mariah needs to be a little more enthusiastic about the situation and not such a Debbie downer!

Y&R Spoilers – Are They Ready For A Baby?

Of course, the big question in everyone’s mind is if they are even ready for a baby. It’s a big step and adding in the adoption process is going to make it even crazier. Though they seem like they are both on board, I think someone is going to get some cold feet and not want to follow through.

This will be the next storyline we see between them and they’re back and forth about being ready and going through with the process. I also think they will befriend the mother, and we may end up with another similar storyline to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and forcing their way into having a relationship with the child after strict agreements.

In the end, this could be a gigantic mess and one that they will have to go through together and we just hope that they will have enough help along the way.
