Y&R Spoilers: Melissa Claire Egan Dazzles At The Bourbon Room With Her Incredible Singing Abilities

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that not only has Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Lawson) been turning in an amazing performance on the show as someone struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts, but she also has many more talents outside of acting.

While we’ve seen her do other things very well, you may or may not have known that she is also a singer and a darn good one at that! She shared several photos and videos of herself performing on Canal Street at The Bourbon Room earlier in November and fans are losing their minds.

In the videos she shared, you can hear her sing and she’s actually very good. She uploaded them with the following caption talking about how much fun she had and thanking everyone for going out to see her.  “Canal Street at The Bourbon Room, 11/5/22 ????? I love this band so much! What a show, what an incredible audience, what an epic night! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and rocked the house!!”

It has taken many of us by surprise and some wonder if she has a future in music, both in and outside of the show. They should incorporate it into the show somehow, and maybe Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) could be the one who ‘discovers’ her.

The comment section was in an uproar during the post, writing things like, “I didn’t know u can sing!!! Why don’t u incorporate in to show? Chelsea’s new frontier??‍♀️?”, “Omg you’re a fantastic singer! Never would’ve known since you’ve never sung on YR. Wow!”, “OMG!! We were just there last weekend. Ughhhh. You’re one of my favorite actresses!!!! And WOW, you can sing girl!!!!” and “I didn’t know she was a singer. After all those times she been on young and the restless if it’s true idk so ?”

We’ll leave the decision up to you, but we think they should definitely bring this into Genoa City somehow. In the meantime though, we’ll have to see her get back on her feet after her scary moment on the rooftop.
