Y&R Spoilers: Mariah And Tessa Run Into Baby Mama Drama

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) would like to start a family and are exploring all of their options for adoption. It looks like they may have someone interested in giving them their baby, but at what cost?

We’ve already seen what kind of issues can arise from this situation, and for Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), they believed their option was perfect with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), but things got very complicated there. Imagine a complete stranger in that situation now.

Y&R Spoilers – What Drama Could Come Out Of This?

There are so many issues that could happen from this situation. We’ve literally seen it before from a ‘perfect’ situation. I suspect we could see more of the same come from this, as the woman will be willing to part ways with the baby for Mariah and Tessa, then suddenly have some other feelings and want it back.

Another fun theory I explored in my head was the baby’s father. What if he came into the situation and didn’t know that the woman had given up their baby?

Would he fight for it and try to explain to Mariah and Tessa the situation? I think it could be an interesting storyline for a father to come into the picture and want his child back whom he didn’t know was given up. This would also add a lot of drama for Mariah and Tessa and a struggle with their own thoughts.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – No Walk In The Park

While I understand Mariah and Tessa want to start a family, it will be extremely difficult and I think they may need to go back to the idea of either of them carrying the baby, because the adoption process, especially in a soap opera, will surely be too much of an issue.

Don’t get me wrong, I would love to see it happen, but it’s just another way for the writers to ruin their relationship and punish them for wanting to do something good. Only the good things are punished in Genoa City, the bad flourish.
