Y&R spoilers reveal that Diane approached Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to find her a job. Even though Diane has no experience in public relations, Kyle and Summer agreed to offer her the job.

So far, Diane is doing well and has some ideas that “Skyle” are excited about. Diane wants to be sure that she doesn’t mess this up as it’s a huge opportunity for her on both the professional and personal fronts.

Phyllis tells Nikki that she has an idea of how to get rid of Diane. Nikki loves the idea of Phyllis getting a job at Marchetti and sabotaging Diane. Phyllis’ theory is that if Diane makes a huge mistake that negatively affects the new Marchetti, then Kyle and Summer will fire her. So, expect Phyllis to ask Summer if the previous job offer is still open.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Summer will be suspicious when Phyllis suddenly wants a job at Marchetti. Under normal circumstances, Summer would immediately hire Phyllis. However, Diane is working at Marchetti and knows that Phyllis has ulterior motives. So, Summer will really need to think carefully about what to tell Phyllis.

Since this is a soap, expect Summer to give Phyllis a job. After all, every storyline needs explosive drama. So, Phyllis and Diane both working at the same company will certainly set up some interesting scenes.

Y&R Spoilers – Mother Disowned?

If Phyllis is able to sabotage Marchetti and frame Diane, it will cause a lot of chaos. Marchetti was acquired by Jabot, which means Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) could suffer if anything happens.

Plus, Kyle and Summer are in charge of the new Marchetti. So, any negative press won’t make Kyle or Summer look good. Depending on what Phyllis does, it could destroy the company’s image and profits.

If Phyllis makes her frame job too obvious, then Kyle and Summer will immediately suspect Diane has been set up. Considering how obsessed Phyllis is with eliminating Diane, this plan could backfire. Not only will Phyllis get bashed for framing Diane, but Summer could feel that this is the last straw. Will Summer and Phyllis’ relationship ever recover?
