Viewers know that Billy has beaten himself up since he left Delia in the car on that fated night, and Adam Newman (then played by Michael Muhney) is believed to have accidentally hit her after she got out to chase her dog, Dash.

Saving Chelsea may serve as the impetus to transform Billy’s outlook on himself and life in general.

Jill also made a short-sighted decision in allowing Billy to have his influential spot at CI. Lily’s family ties led to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) holding a position he was not qualified for, as Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) believed.

Graziadei was last on Y&R in 2016. News of his return is welcomed by fans of great daytime drama.

The scene has been set, with Lily questioning Billy’s trust in her. Daniel is returning at the right time for Lily, as he should offer her a nostalgic shoulder to lean on.

Whether Billy and Chelsea’s connection develops beyond him serving as her lifeline will soon be seen. She does not seem inclined to reconnect with Adam (currently played by Mark Grossman).

The podcast kiss that Billy and Chelsea shared may become a retrospective spark. Meanwhile, the man Lily married before Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) is returning to Genoa City, Wisconsin, on Y&R.
