The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) plans to sabotage Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) job. However, this also means Marchetti will take a hit. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) could lash out and issue Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) an ultimatum. If Summer refuses, it could end the couple’s marriage.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Kyle was initially not on board with Diane becoming a part of his life. Despite Kyle’s anger, he eventually decided to give his mother another chance. Kyle promised he would take things slowly but he’s done anything but. Kyle has fast-tracked his relationship with Diane and even offered her a job at the new Marchetti.

After Kyle overheard Phyllis talking smack about his mother, he took action. Kyle made a threat to Phyllis, which she promised he would regret.

Phyllis hasn’t given up on getting rid of Diane. Phyllis has teamed up with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to do just that. Phyllis will ask Summer for a job at Marchetti. Phyllis expects to get approval as she was offered a position once before.

Even though Summer is suspicious of Phyllis’ motivations, she will probably agree with certain conditions. This could be a huge mistake for Summer but not just because Phyllis will frame Diane for a Marchetti nightmare. Phyllis’ actions could directly impact Summer’s marriage.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Termination And Ultimatum

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Diane will deny sabotaging Phyllis. Diane might even show proof that Phyllis was responsible. This will put Kyle and Summer at odds. Kyle warned Phyllis what would happen if she targeted Diane. Meanwhile, Summer will be furious with her mother but not mad enough to disown her.

Kyle could finally explode and tell Summer that she has to choose between him and Phyllis. This will put Summer in an impossible position. Kyle might even ban Phyllis from having any contact with Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). Summer will try to do damage control, but could feel Kyle is overreacting.

If Kyle and Summer continue to fight about this, it could cause too much tension within their marriage. Kyle is due for an explosion and Summer protecting her mother could finally push the CEO over the edge.
