Y&R Spoilers: Jeremy Stark Bombshell, Is He THIS Person’s Biological Father?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) will continue to clash with the Abbotts, but perhaps he will next clash with the Newmans. Now that Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) is no longer alive, the Newman clan may seek out another foe to spar with.

Of course, it could be a good idea to give Jeremy another link to the canvas, such as a biological kid. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) recently told Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about her troubled parents, so now could be a good time to make Jeremy her biological father.

Sally claims that her parents were carnival workers who frequently engaged in illicit activities. It eventually caught up with them, and they abandoned Sally and her sister. It makes it plausible that Sally’s father would have remade himself with a new name and a new criminal career. We may sell Jeremy as a former circus worker who eventually moved on to money laundering and discovered the high life.

Perhaps this is where Sally gets her scrappy side! Jeremy is a persistent man, so there are some parallels that Y&R could draw here if they wanted to. But it’s also possible that Sally’s mother misled her paternity all those years ago. In that situation, Sally and Jeremy’s respective biological connection may be entirely new. Sally’s father may not have been her biological father.

That might readily connect to Sally’s pregnant plotline. Because she slept with both Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) around the same time, Sally will surely confront a paternity problem. If Sally discovered she had been misled to about her biological father, she might see how wrong she is.

That’s the kind of thing that could sway Sally’s decision to tell the truth, regardless of who the “baby daddy” is. However, if this pregnancy narrative continues, Sally will be carrying a Newman. That makes her baby valuable cargo, and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may be desperate to protect her unborn child from possible Grandpa Jeremy.

Victor may be the first to establish the bio link because he has already been researching Jeremy and has a dossier on Sally. Making some character changes and having Jeremy turn out to be Sally’s biological father would have a lot of dramatic value.
