The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) does not seem to recognize that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has pulled him into her world. The incremental process may have felt like a series of disconnected steps, but it was all part of a plan.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has a similar experience in getting what she wants. She also is seasoned in getting who she wants most of the time in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

So, Phyllis was upset by Diane’s return from the supposed murder grave because she knew Jack was vulnerable. Despite his years and wisdom, Jack has not been a match for Diane’s wits to date.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Using Tucker McCall To Her Advantage

Diane managed to take the information Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) provided. His intel about Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) allowed Diane to draw Jack to Los Angeles, California, and use it as an emotional I owe you.

Walters’ character calculated that Jack would get past being angry, which he quickly did. A path to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) was pushed open. She also calculated that Kyle, like his father, would be overwhelmed and cave to her.

While Tucker believed he had a hold on Diane, it is arguable to suggest that their connection was mutually beneficial.

Y&R Spoilers – Jeremy Stark Wants His Money

Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) ill-gotten gains are not legitimate. However, a slanted view would side with his intent to get his money back.

Diane is a user. One of the reasons why she is mad at Jeremy is that he outwitted her, using her as a money laundering mule.

But her choice to keep the last money shipment he planted in her carry-on bag was the first problem. She should have turned the money over to the authorities but did not because she was living as Taylor Jensen.

Diane used Jeremy’s stash to continue living. That does not jibe with her supposedly successful real estate career.

The  Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins’ Cabin Drama

Diane’s latest crisis led her to convince Jack that being isolated at the Abbott cabin was a good idea.

Soap fans or devotees of thrillers and horror movies shook their heads, suspecting that drama was ahead. TPTB appear to have set up a climax at the Abbott cabin, with the potential for Diane to become closer to Jack than at any point since Kyle was a boy on Y&R.
