Jeremy did not buy Jack and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) put-on. He saw through the routine they performed in his suite at the Grand Phoenix hotel and has been patiently waiting to use this link to Diane to make contact with her again.

Diane is holed up at the Abbott cabin, with Jack pretending he had no idea where she was located. Jeremy’s rejection of Jack’s half-million bribe led to a revised plan.

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Diane became entangled in Jeremy’s money-laundering operation, not knowing that was his business. When the authorities in Los Angeles, California, caught onto Jeremy, they needed a witness to put him in prison.

Walters’ character told Jeremy that she did not divulge information about him. But viewers, Jack, and Kyle know that is not true. Jeremy suspects as much and wants to meet with her in-person.

Jeremy appreciated that Jack was willing to meet his financial price. But Hyde’s character also wants information that only Diane can give.

It would stand to measure that someone of Jeremy’s ilk would not abide by his word. Even if Diane tells him whatever he wants to know, and he gets a massive payoff from Jack, Jeremy may not go away.

Jack wants to believe he has a handle on this situation, in handling it on his own. But he should have involved the GC police department and an attorney like Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Fears For Her Family

Diane is not just afraid for herself. She also fears Jeremy may do something terrible to one or more Abbott family members.

Jeremy lives by a fluid moral code. He takes what he wants and accepts nothing less without reprisal.

Being imprisoned for years burned him. The early release and Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) tip led Jeremy to Diane. Now Jack is leading him to Diane, with unknown consequences on Y&R.
