Y&R Spoilers: Is Jack Falling In Love With Diane?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) could be falling in love with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). The signs are all there, and it is something that will drive poor Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) wild.

Jack has been lonely for a long time. He tried to open his heart to Phyllis again, but it didn’t work out. It damaged their bond when she cheated on him with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). He just can’t let Phyllis back in, despite missing his connection to Red.

Diane has been lonely for a long time, too. At one time, Jack and Diane were in a good place. She genuinely cared for him. Then she faked her death, but not before bedding Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) fiancee, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). After the brief fling, she faked her death, framing her rivals– Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Ashley, for her murder.

The  Young And The Restless Spoilers– Jack Abbott Loves Being The Protector

Diane claims she is a changed woman. Her actions match that so far on Young and the Restless. She seems to want to build a relationship with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Even though it’s been a long time, she still has deep feelings for Jack.

If Jack were being honest, he would admit that he has feelings for her too. Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) only deepens their bond. Jack has put himself in the position of being her protector, a role that he loves.

Y&R Spoilers– Diane Jenkins And Jack Abbott Share A Child

There’s not much more intimate than sharing a child. Jack had another child, Keemo, who died from a heart attack early in 2022. Kyle is his only surviving child.

Diane wants to make up for lost time with Kyle. He seems on board with having a relationship with his mother. However, he doesn’t like the idea of his mom and dad reuniting. It’s clear that Kyle doesn’t trust his mother as much as Jack does.

The signs are all there. Jack is falling in love with Diane. Thankfully, the feeling is mutual. The added bonus is Jack and Diane pairing would drive Ashley, Phyllis, and Nikki bonkers.
