The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the preview for the week of February 7 reveals that doctors will try to diagnose Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (River and Rainn Ware). Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) drops a bombshell on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Plus, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) navigate their situation.

Y&R spoilers reveal that in Thursday’s episode, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) looked as if they had a great time at the party. After leaving Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) engagement celebration, “Chabby” went home.

Immediately upon relieving the nanny, Abby was surprised Dominic didn’t wake up once. The nanny indicated that she tried to wake the baby for a bottle, but the baby kept sleeping. That is when Abby noticed the baby’s breathing wasn’t right and he also looked pale.

Y&R Spoilers – Disturbing Medical Mystery

In the preview for the week of February 7, Chance and Abby will take Dominic to the doctor. The couple has a conversation with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) about the child’s condition. Chance says the doctors did testing but nothing appears to be physically wrong with Dominic. Next, they will do blood tests to try and determine what’s wrong with the baby.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the promo also features Adam and Sally. Adam tells Sally that he wants her as bad as she wants him. Sally is stunned by the bombshell, but thrilled at the same time.

Then, Adam drops another bomb by saying “but,” as if there is a reason why they can’t be together. This could be due to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) or Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). However, is Adam saying that they just need to behave until a later time? Or will he try keeping Sally as his dirty little secret?

Y&R Spoilers – Navigating Situation

The preview also shows Lily and Billy having a conversation. It was teased in the 2020 preview that Billy would have a difficult time adjusting to taking orders from Lily. It seems that is what is coming up during the week of February 7. It is stated that Billy and Lily will try to navigate the situation, so will they come up with a solution?
