Y&R Spoilers: Does Victoria Need Protection From Ashland?

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: The Ice Queen Is Rattled

After trouncing on both Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to get her own way and enact revenge on Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) no matter who else she hurt along the way, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is sitting pretty despite the fact that Ashland just won’t leave town.

Still, she arrives home thinking she is going to have a peaceful evening until she sees Ashland staring into her living room and then making himself quite at home. Victoria is a bit uneasy by the man’s presence, especially after what she went through with JT Helstrom (Thad Luckinbill), but Ashland insists he is not a danger to her and would never hurt her.

However, when Ashland also tells Victoria that he doesn’t really care what happens to him because he has nothing left to lose, Victoria seems to freak out.

Nick Is Scared For His Sister

Over at Crimson Lights, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) gets the nagging feeling that something is wrong with Victoria. When he runs into Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), who expresses that same feeling as he checks to see how Victoria is doing, Nick thinks it’s best to stop by her house and check for himself.

“Nick doesn’t need Billy on the front lines of this situation,” Joshua Morrow said in the July 26, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “Nick looks at this as a family issue that he and his dad will handle. Nick doesn’t need anybody else jumping in.”

However, when he gets to Victoria’s house he sees the door open and he walks right in and doesn’t find his sister. He does think she is home and might be sleeping, so he leaves. Still, that nagging feeling doesn’t leave him, causing Nick to double back and check again. However, this time he quietly sneaks in the back door and might be shocked by what he finds.

Has Ashland lost his mind and done something to Victoria? After all, he was carted off to jail just for spending time with Harrison when the boy accidentally saw him in the park. He can’t even have chance meetings with anyone in this town and feels as down and out as he has ever felt in life. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how this story plays out.
