The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Case Against Nick Newman And Sharon Rosales

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Collins (Sharon Case) have been trying to reunite on a permanent basis for years. Every time they think it’s going to happen, something gets in their way and usually, it’s their own selves. Their 2014 wedding was ruined by Sharon’s lies and Phyllis getting out of her coma (played by Gina Tognoni) and interrupting their wedding to expose Sharon’s lies.

Just before their 2018 wedding, Sharon learned that Nick had slept with Phyllis again, the thing that broke them up the first time and ended their long marriage all those years ago. Perhaps Sharon and Nick are just meant to be friends as all they do is hurt one another when they are romantically involved. However, there might be a time when they mature and stop doing that and that time might be now.

Y&R Spoilers – The Case For Nick And Sharon Rosales

Nick and Sharon have been in love since high school and their marriage was a rare one in soaps. It lasted more than a decade although they wed when they were just teens and it was the death of their teenage daughter, Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes), that sent them spiraling as Nick ended up sleeping with Phyllis (then and now played by Michelle Stafford) and ending his marriage. If Cassie had never died, chances are Nick and Sharon would still be together. But, of course, we wouldn’t have a Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier)

So, things happen for a reason but the love between Sharon and Nick never died and that’s apparent in every scene they share together. He’s comforting her through losing Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and he makes her smile. Sharon Case and Joshua Morrow still bring the same chemistry and easy rapport they had in the 1990s and a Shick reunion is what so many fans want. Is it what you want?
