Adam Newman has been doing so well since saving Faith Newman’s life (twice). Not only did he rescue her from a car accident she caused, but he also donated a kidney to Faith. Faith Newman is doing amazing & Adam has been an upstanding citizen of Genoa City ever since.

In addition to saving Faith’s life, he has continued to be ‘Team Newman’ full-time.

The Young and The Restless Billy Boy Abbott tried stopping Victoria & Ashland’s wedding in Tuscany with the help of Jesse Gaines. Adam Newman was there to save the day. Ashland Locke lied about having cancer & the Newman’s want him gone ASAP. Adam Newman has been there for the Newman’s through this separation 110%.
With Ashland Locke being pushed out of Newman-Locke Victor is mandating that Victoria continue to have a Co-CEO for the time being as she recuperates from being involved in a farce of a marriage & then surviving a car accident because of Ashland.

Y&R views know Victor Newman of course recommended Adam Newman to be Co-CEO of the now renamed Newman Enterprises. After all, when Victoria & Ashland were to both step-down Adam agreed (with personal & professional pleasure) to be interim CEO. That lasted a hot minute…

Now Victoria has named her COO as Co-CEO, her mother Nikki Newman. Victor Newman obviously could not say no to that, but how will this decision impact Adam?
