The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Can Diane Jenkins Convince Kyle Abbott To Forgive?

Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is not usually one to give up, but she gave up on raising Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) after all the things she did. She just left him and said it was for his own good as she tried to put her life back together. Now that she has accomplished that, she wants Kyle back in her life and is growing impatient because he cannot forgive her.

But he certainly does have questions for her because he needs to know more. Her actions charted the course of his entire life and now Kyle is drinking in the middle of the afternoon while lamenting his predicament to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). She can also hardly believe that Kyle was made to believe his mother was dead when she wasn’t. After all, Mariah is not dealing with her stepfather’s death.

Now, Diane shows up and just needs Kyle to forgive her. She is tired to waiting to have a relationship with her son and doesn’t seem to have the self-awareness to realize she caused this entire sordid mess.

Y&R Spoilers – Ashland Locke Has A Shocker For Jack Abbott

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) came to respect Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) — even as the man Harrison believed was his father. He kindly gave the boy up to Kyle when he learned he was dying of cancer and that was the right thing to do.

But now it’s time for Ashland to inform Jack that he had been faking hs cancer all along. Who even does that? Well, Ashland does that and it’s just such a terrible thing and an offense to people with cancer that Jack can hardly believe his ears. There have been a lot of surprises for Jack of late.

The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) winds down his day with wife Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) by his side and is even supportive of Nikki’s new position. When does this ever happen?
