Abby is having difficulty accepting Chance’s career, precisely his work schedule. He planned an evening out during the week of October 24, and he got called back to work before they could enjoy the dinner. It upset Abby, and she vented about it to Devon.

She admitted that she feels like she’s a bad person for being upset about Chance’s work schedule. She realizes Chance’s job is important, and they depend on him to fight crime in Genoa City. But she needs time with him too. She expressed concern that they were drifting apart and didn’t know how to fix it.

The spoilers hint that Abby will lean on Devon in the coming weeks. She needs someone to talk to, and he’s more than willing to lean an ear if it means he can ensure Dominic won’t feel the stress over the situation.
