Y&R Spoilers: Courtney Hope Opens Up About Her Personal Struggles

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that Courtney Hope, also known as Sally Spectra on the daytime drama, took to Instagram to open up about her personal struggles.

In her social media post, the actress said that her “heart hasn’t felt its best lately. And that’s okay… there is a lot going on in this world as well as in our immediate ones.”

Sydney Belina, a fitness trainer and friend of Hope, posted a video on the actress’ Instagram. The latter shared her own version of and hoped that her video will resonate with her followers just like it did to her.

In the video, Hope is with her cute puppies. The caption, “five things you need to hear today,” then appeared on the screen. Among these five things include people coming in and out of one’s life, rejection or redirection, doing something fun, making yourself happy, and dieting.

The Young And The Restless – Hope Encourages Followers

Hope knows very well how it feels like when you’re facing struggles in your life. That’s why she wanted to remind everyone that “it’s ok not to always be okay.”

The actress acknowledged that there will be times when it feels like there’s no hope. But she wanted to remind everyone that their feelings will pass because nothing lasts forever.

She highlighted the importance of being kind not only to other people but to oneself as well.

“And remember, you’re not alone, even if sometimes it feels that way,” she said.

Y&R Spoilers – The Choice To Feel Better

Hope is currently on her own path to healing. She pointed out that the choice to feel and think better belongs to everyone even if the thing that makes them feel good isn’t related to what’s causing people to feel down.

“Your healing isn’t measured by how long the good feeling lasts,” the Y&R star continued

“It’s just about choosing to reach for better feelings and thoughts anyway in the midst of what seems like a setback, and eventually, in time, your reality shifts. Love you all,” she explained.
