Chelsea has a habit of experiencing vivid dreams. Before he died basically running an errand for her, Chelsea dreamed about hunky cop Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). So what if he was a married man? For that matter, so what if she once poisoned him? You say tomato, we say tomahtoe.

Chelsea was almost as sad as Rey’s wife Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) when he died in a recent car crash. With Rey gone, Chelsea has to fantasize about SOMEONE, who better than brooding hunk Billy Boy? After all they were once engaged. Maybe Chelsea will decide it’s time to finish that incomplete love story?

Chelsea recently talked to Billy about his weird podcast so she will have him on her mind as she drifts off to dreamland. Chelsea got carried away in this manner when it came to Rey so it makes sense that she needs a replacement dream partner. As fans know, Chelsea was one hot kiss away from coming on to Rey when he suddenly passed away.

Like Rey, Billy is also unavailable which may present a tempting challenge to Chelsea who has just departed her business relationship with Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson).

There is another similarity between Rey and Billy in that their current relationships with their SOs are a little testy. Billy likes to pretend everything’s kosher with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), but there is definitely tension beneath the surface. Lily is suspicious of his relationship with his ex Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and it would be incredibly soapy if he did cheat on her—with someone she would never suspect!
